My Medication

Here is the list of medication that I am on at the moment,

Buprenorphine 5 micrograms/hour transdermal patch, (these pathches last a week)
Gabapentin 300 mg Capsules, (I take 5 of these a day)
Co-codamol 30/500mg, (I take 8 of these a day)
Diclofenac 50mg. (I take 3 a day)
Citalopram 20mg, (I take 3 of these a night for Depression)
Cyclizine 50mg, (I take 1 - 3 a day of these when I feel sick)
